Lost is found: No Leadership Crisis-Congress has DK Shivakumar

Published

on

DK Shiva Kumar is the only ray of hope to strangle the Rebel lawmakers to call off their resignation decisions to save the Congress-JD (S) coalition government in Karnataka. Mr.DK is considered as the Mr.Fixit who is fighting enormously to control the high voltage political drama Karnataka currently facing.

DK Shiva Kumar is the party’s last men who are holding the breath and trying maximum to sort out the issue, he is the one who waited for hours in the pouring rain outside the renaissance hotel claiming that he won’t return back until he meets his friends and has a talk with them.DK is following Ahimsa Gandhian movement to rescue his Lawmakers from Bharatiya Janata Party.

DK’s ability gets proved when the Rebel Lawmaker urges police to protect them from meeting DK Shiva Kumar in the hotel.DK is the only person whom the BJP Karnataka party fears. Dk has the ability to persuade people and make his matter to work out.

Earlier these days Congress party becomes blunt and powerless in front of giant Bharatiya Janata Party. But here was a leader who looked like grit and gumption to alter the perception about the Congress in minds of the people. He came to set a storm at the hotel and rescue his misled colleagues.

DK is one of the familiar faces of Karnataka Congress who has friends in and around the party even he has colleagues in the Bharatiya Janata Party who is associated with him in his business which shows his ability to tackle the situations and people which may prove to be a great healing ability to troubleshoot the problem inside the party.

DK Shiva Kumar is the only man who is not been persuaded by BJP or any other party to change poach, the Home minister Amit Shah influence may also be drained if he does so because Shiva Kumar is some kind of senior to Amit Shah in Shrewdness in maintaining his party.

According to the sources DK Shiva Kumar has faced five Income tax raids in his friends, family houses and even random connections when he was shepherding 44 Congress MLAs from Gujarat in 2017. They were needed to ensure the election of former Congress President Sonia Gandhi’s political secretary Ahmed Patel to the Rajya Sabha, and the BJP, led by Amit Shah, was trying to prevent it.

The rumors spread that DK was floated with about Rs.300 crore in his property. But not reacting to any rumors Mr.DK merely said that let them give the report first. A report was filed after several months to show a much scaled down cash seizure of Rs 20 crore, and cases were filed of tax evasion, while Shivakumar was accused of tearing up a sheet of paper that reportedly had details of his major monetary hoard just before I-T officials reached him at the resort where the Gujarat MLAs were stationed. However, DK managed to survive in his political career soon Ahmed Patel made the Rajya Sabha member.

DK Shivakumar is the one who styled himself and came as the savior of the Karnataka Congress crisis on his own terms who pulled the attention from all around the country.

Media covered inch by inch DK Shivakumar’s statements in the Karnataka political crisis beaming him as the savior or hero come to save his fellowmen from the opposition.

DK ‘s move is considered as the prime key to solving the issue through his way of delivering the points to the rebel Lawmakers right from the”My friends are staying here. There has been a small problem, we’ve to hold negotiations. We can’t go for a divorce immediately. There is no question of threatening, we love and respect each other,” till his last statement that ” I have confidence in all our MLAs. They have been elected from Congress and they have been there for a long period. They have fought like tigers in their domain. I think some good gesture will prevail,”

His statements were not provoking or hurting but he is handling the situation in a very diplomatic way in simple words in Gandhian way with love, respect which Rahul Gandhi consider as a culture of Congress.

Congress in the moment of national crisis should consider and encourage such leaders like DK Shivakumar neither selecting the old aged senior leaders who are considered as puppet presidents of the party. The party should decide wisely and give a chance to the wise diplomat troubleshooter DK Shivakumar to bring back the old Congress party into the place where its ancestors placed it before.

India will get another 3 Union territories: Tensions in Valley

“If a small incident happens at Lal Chowk in Srinagar, I get news in a distorted form that a blast has occurred at Lal Chowk,”-Sathya Pal Malik, Governor of Jammu & Kashmir.

Our ancestors proudly called Kashmir the heaven on earth which is always the part of the issue between Pakistan and India. But today the scenario made everyone to wonder and pity the state because of the repeating terror attacks and ceasefire actions along the borders and LOCs.

Today tensions and threat of terror attacks were made the valley to slip into the pit of various rumors and worries. Main concern prevailing among the Valley political parties about the amendment of Article 35 A and Article 370 which is been echoed and tweeted in all press conferences and announcement and social media.

The message shared across the social media concerning dividing the state into three union territories of Jammu, Valley, and Ladakh. The surprise and shocks were been maintained in a way of high profile official secret which is to be opened on or before August 15, 2019, the 73rd Independence day of India.

The tensions fuming in the valley is just not a reaction of the messages spreading over social media but factual things happening in and around the valley which were presented and argued as the facts that something ominous to be happening in the valley in the close future.

If we focus on the issues and knit the whole situation we can get a clear image that something mysterious is being cooked under the surveillance of home ministry and defence to regulate the Kashmir Valley by grounding article 35 A.

Valley is on high alert as soon as National Security Advisor Ajit Doval returned from his two visits to Jammu and Kashmir on July 12 and 13. About 10000 personnel were deployed in the valley stating that it is to strengthen the anti-terrorist operations. However, the top officials also uttered the same that it is just an act to strengthen security purposes.

After July 27 suddenly the security forces are increased to 50,000 to maintain the law and order among the state. Nearly 32000 CRPF polices were been deployed in the valley claiming that to provide protection to Amarnath Yatris since Pakistan is planning for a major strike targeting the pilgrims heading for Yatra.

For the first time, Amarnath Yatra was called off and the security advisory urges the Amarnath Yatris and tourists in Jammu and Kashmir to curtail their visit and return as soon as possible as the light of input threats to the Yatra. This suspension of Yatra has stoked further tensions and panic in the region.

It is very confusing that what is being carried out in Kashmir before Ajit Doval, the union home minister Amit Shah visited the valley and held a meeting with security forces. Suddenly Samant Goel the new chief of Research and Analysis wing paid his visit to the valley. Followed the center brought in former police officer Farooq Khan who founded the Jammu and Kashmir Police‘s special task force for anti-militancy operations as an adviser to the governor. The National Investigation Agency has intensified operations against separatists and businessman involve in trade across the line of control to raise funds for terrorists.

The Union government is planning something challenging as similar to something related to February’s Pulwama attack. The BJP and RSS believe that doing away with the special status of the state is the best way to address separatism.

Article 370 and 35 A of the constitution guarantees the special status to the Kashmiris which is already challenged in the supreme court by seven petitioners arguing that the provisions violated their right to settle in Kashmir acquire property there and seek government jobs. However many political leaders of Jammu and Kashmir were opposing the act of Indian government which is aggressively involved in changing the demography of Kashmir.

Kashmir was put on high alert even the political leaders who govern the rule were under house arrest .144 is imposed on the state which is a serious indication that powerful threat is on their way to Kashmir.

The government has preponded the monsoon holidays and declared vacations to schools and colleges unexpectedly. The main concern prevailing in the state that the local officials warned the people to store food, grains, fuel for another four months. These sudden steps created a big massive tension around the state.

However, the rest of confusion was triggered by the spreading rumors of social media messages, Valley to be divided into two union territories-Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah high-level moves were suspected that Article 35 A and Article 370 will be removed and the special status of Kashmir will be erased from the history. The amendment of article 370 and 35 A was the main election promise of Bharathiya Janata Party which is finding its way to become Reality.

This young couple never stopped serving homemade food even at their 70’s

Published

on

With over 35 years of experience as an executive chef in star hotels, Venugopal retired from the Industry in the year 2000. When he decided to enjoy his retired life, he met some IT Employees who were desperately looking for homemade food and requested him to provide food for them which made this man think about opening up his own mess to serve homemade delicacies. He has been providing healthy and homemade food for two decades now.

His signature dish is Paratha for which customers throng to his shop regularly which is in Velachery. Most of the dishes are oil-free and he uses very less masala. People prefer homemade food than to dine at fancy restaurants for reasons of health. Which is why the shop is a hit among senior citizens and kids,” says Venugopal.

Till date, Venugopal cooks all the dishes and his wife Kalpana, helps him in this routine. She takes care of the parcels and helps with cooking.  He has employed over 10 women from economically-disadvantaged backgrounds. Very recently, Venugopal revamped his menu with attractive dishes. His glass pudding — made of leftover coconut milk — is easily the best of the lot. The menu ranges from Appalam Samosa, cream caramel to palakottai vadai — all under ₹100.

He says that it was very limited business earlier and he made it very simple by having only mini buffet lunch which consisted Chappati with a side dish, Sambar rice, curd rice, kootu, poriyal and a dessert which he priced at Rs.20/- at that time. Most of his customers are repeat customers who visit his mess for many years now.

He constantly receives good feedback from his regulars. But one that he dearly remembers is this: “One of the customers said, ‘I came to your shop when I was a student; then as a married man and now, as a granddad.’ That really made my day.”

Venugopal isn’t aware of Google reviews, although he frequently gets orders on Zomato and Swiggy. “Everyone’s ordering online these days and yes, we too need to catch up with the trend. He adds to this “But if there’s one shop that survives primarily on word of mouth, it has to be mine.” He says with a smile.
