Rishi Kapoor prayer meet: Your legacy will live on forever, say Riddhima Sahni and Ranbir Kapoor
A prayer meet was organised by the family of Rishi Kapoor on Tuesday at their Mumbai home. A few family members attended the meet and paid tribute to the late actor, who died of leukemia on April 30. Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and Ranbir Kapoor were present at the prayer meet with their mother Neetu Kapoor. Alia Bhatt also marked her presence.
Riddhima took to social media to share two pictures from the prayer meet. Sharing a photo of herself standing next to her late father's photograph, she wrote, "Love you always, Papa."
The other photo featured Riddhima with her brother Ranbir Kapoor, who is seen sitting with his hands folded in a namaste next to his sister. Riddhima wrote, "Your legacy will live on forever. We love you (sic)."
Other people who attended the prayer meet included Shweta Bachchan Nanda and her daughter Navya Naveli Nanda. Shweta is the daughter-in-law of Rishi Kapoor's sister Ritu Nanda. His other sister, Rima Jain, arrived with her sons, Armaan Jain and Aadar Jain, and daughter-in-law, Anissa Malhotra. Karisma Kapoor was also spotted at the meet. Rishi Kapoor's elder brother Randhir Kapoor arrived with his wife Babita Kapoor.
