PM Modi to join Durga Puja celebrations today, address Bengal at noon
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will join the Durga Puja celebrations in Bengal as he inaugurates puja pandals in Kolkata via video conferencing today. As Durga Puja celebrations begin in West Bengal today, PM Modi said he will inaugurate puja pandals as BJP prepares for the upcoming assembly election. A special puja pandal has been set up at Eastern Zonal Cultural Centre with reflections of traditional art and culture of Bengal. The PM will virtually inaugurate the event, which begins at 10 am. PM Modi will attend the event for less than an hour and address people at 12 pm.
