PewDiePie condoles Sushant Singh Rajput’s death: He seemed like a really good guy. It is a huge loss

Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide on June 14. He was 34. The actor’s untimely death left his family, friends and fans shocked and discussions around nepotism, favouritism and bullying resurfaced.

Many international celebrities also reacted to Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. YouTuber PewDiePie, who recently lost his most subscribed YouTube channel title to T-Series, condoled Sushant Singh Rajput’s death in one of the videos posted on his channel.

The YouTube sensation said, “He seemed like such a good dude. Like a genuinely good dude. So people were pointing towards nepotism in the industry and that somehow got clashed with T-Series and that is why Unsubscribe T-Series started trending in India. I am past the whole thing.”

Coming back to talking about Sushant Singh Rajput, he added, “It is just a shame he decided to end his life. I don't know everything about him but from what I saw he seemed like a really good dude. And someone that the industry needs. It is a huge loss. Rest in peace.”

Meanwhile, Sushant Singh Rajput’s last film, Dil Bechara, will release on July 24 on Disney+Hotstar. As a tribute to the late actor, the film will be available for free to all.

Dil Bechara stars Sanjana Sanghi as the female lead and marks her Bollywood debut. The film is helmed by first-time director Mukesh Chhabra.
