India, China to hold military-level talks today in Ladakh, to discuss Depsang situation
India and China will hold Major General-level talks on Saturday at Daulat Beg Oldi area to discuss disengagement by the Chinese side along the Line of Actual Control in Ladakh sector, Indian Army sources said.
The main agenda is to address the situation at Depsang plains that has seen a big mobilisation of more than 15,000 Chinese troops opposite Depsang.
General Officer Commanding of 3 Mountain Division, Major General Abhijit Bapat will take part in the discussion.
India is likely to raise the issue of patrolling in its area that has been blocked.
