Covid curve not flattening due to Modi govt's gross mismanagement: Rahul Gandhi
The reason why the coronavirus curve in India is not flattening is due to the "gross mismanagement" of the Covid-19 situation by the Narendra Modi government, said Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday. Blaming the Modi government for the prevailing situation, Rahul Gandhi said the government's mismanagement is the reason behind India having the second-highest number of Covid-19 cases in the world today.
"Due to Modi govt's gross mismanagement of COVID: 1) India's total cases world's 2nd highest; (2) India's weekend tally is higher than US and Brazil put together; (3) On Sunday, India's share was 40 percent of total cases worldwide; (4) No flattening of the curve. Stay safe everyone (sic)," Rahul Gandhi said in a tweet.
