Comedian Vadivelu sings emotional song on coronavirus

The novel coronavirus pandemic, which originated in Wuhan in China, has now claimed more than 1,00,000 lives across the globe. Many celebrities are coming up with creative awareness videos and messages to spread positivity in these times of despair. They are also educating people to follow social-distancing.

Now, popular comedian Vadivelu has come up with an emotional song on the coronavirus outbreak. The actor posted the video of him singing the song on his social media page and said that we should defeat the pandemic.

His song talks about protecting the nature and how it plays a crucial role in preventing disasters of such magnitude in the future. He also requests the disease to leave the world as people have already learnt their lessons.

In one of his earlier videos, the actor also advised people to stay at home and its the only way to curb the further spread of the deadly disease.

It is worth mentioning that legendary singer SP Balasubrahmanyam and lyricist Vairamuthu had composed a song about the necessary steps to follow to avoid contracting the virus and asked people to give importance to personal hygiene.

On the professional front, Vadivelu is waiting to shoot for Kamal Haasan's Thalaivan Irukkiraan, the sequel to his hit film, Thevar Magan. He has also signed a couple of projects which will be announced post the crisis.
