CBI for Sushant Singh Rajput, says sister Shweta: It’s time we find the truth and get justice
Sushant Singh Rajput's sister Shweta took to social media on Thursday to release a video of herself asking for a CBI inquiring into the actor's death case. The CBI has taken over the case, but cannot begin their investigation till the Supreme Court verdict. The apex court will announce its verdict today. Sharing the video, Shweta Singh Kirti wrote, "We stand together as a nation for CBI Enquiry! Demanding an unbiased investigation is our right and we expect nothing but the truth to come out. #CBIForSSR #Warriors4SSR #justiceforSushanthSinghRajput @PMOIndia @narendramodi @AmitShah (sic)." She also tagged the Instagram handles of PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah in her post.
Earlier she shared a picture of herself holding a placard. The placard read, "I am sister of Sushant Singh Rajput & I request for #CBIforSSR." Sharing the picture, she wrote, "It’s time we find the truth and get justice. Please help our family and the whole world to know what the truth is and find closure, otherwise we will never be able to live a peaceful life!!#CBIForSSR Raise your voice and demand #JusticeForSushantSinghRajput #WarriorsForSSR @sushantsinghrajput (sic)."
