BSNL expands 1500GB FTTH broadband plan, extends 300GB CUL plan till October
Government-owned telco Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has reintroduced its 1500GB Fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) plan in Telangana circle. The plan which offers 1500GB data at 200Mbps speed was first launched in Telangana and Chennai on a promotional basis. The plan was launched in Chennai and Telangana for 90 days after which it was discontinued.
The plan, also known as the Fibro Combo ULD 1999 CS55 plan, has now been reintroduced in the Telangana circle till October 19. As the name suggests, the plan comes at a monthly charge of Rs 1,999 and offers 1500GB data with high speed up to 200Mbps. After the limit of 1500GB is reached, the speed is reduced to 2Mbps. The plan also offers unlimited local and STD voice calling benefits.
The plan is also available in Kolkata, Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry. It can also be availed in Bhawanipatna city of Odisha. The plan has been listed on BSNL’s website and was first reported by Telecom Talk.
BSNL users can subscribe to the plan at Rs 1999 per month. The plan is also available for subscription on a semi-annual, annual, biennial and triennial basis. This means users can choose to pay for six months, a year, two years, and three years.
--The semi-annual plan for six months will be priced at Rs 11,994.
--The annual plan for a year will be priced at Rs 23,988 and will give users a month of additional complimentary service.
--The biennial plan which is for two years will be priced at Rs 47,976 and will give users three months of additional complimentary service.
--The triennial service will come at 71,964 and will give users four months of additional complimentary service.
BSNL extends 300GB CUL broadband plan till October: BSNL also increased the validity of its 300GB broadband plan till October 27. The plan Bharat Fiber 300 GB CUL CS346 offers 300GB data with a high speed of 40Mbps and comes for Rs 600 per month. Once the limit of 300GB is reached, the speed is reduced to 2Mbps. The plan was launched specifically for the Odisha circle and was going to expire on July 27.
The payment options can be made for semi-annual, annual, biennial, and triennial subscription. The semi-annual plan comes at Rs 3600. The annual plan is priced at Rs 7200 and will give users a month of additional complimentary service. The biennial and the triennial plan is priced at Rs 14,400 and 21,600 respectively and will give users three and four months of additional complimentary service.
