If reports are believed to be true, the show will go on air sometime in September end or October. An official announcement regarding the show's premiere date will be out in the coming weeks. Recently, Nagarjuna released the teaser of Bigg Boss Telugu Season 4 promo and promised wholesome entertainment. The show is expected to begin with a set of 14-16 contestants on September 6 at 6 pm on the Star Maa channel.

If not for the pandemic, the fourth season of Bigg Boss Tamil would have been aired in July. As Kamal Haasan said, the organizers of the show will take necessary precautions for the show. It is said that the crew members will be given accommodation until the completion of the show. Also, the contestants will be on quarantine for two weeks before entering the Bigg Boss house. According to reports, the weekend episodes hosted by Kamal Haasan will not have a live audience.
