Bhim Army Chief Azad sent back to Delhi after CAA protest

On Monday morning Bhim Army chief Chandrashekar Azad who was arrested on Sunday in Hyderabad has been semt back to Delhi by Hyderabad Police.

Chandrashekhar Azad was sent back to Delhi on a 6:55 am flight.

Azad was detained on Sunday in Hyderabad on his way to take part in anti-CAA and NRC protest. Azad was in the city address a gathering on Citizenship Amendement Act,National Population Register.

In a tweet Bhim Army Chief said Dalits will never forget this insult.He also said that he was being forcefully taken to the airport and was being sent back to Delhi.

Police said they had not granted permission for the programme to be held.

Azad's detention came days after he was released from Tihar prison in Delhi following his arrest for allegedly inciting people during an anti-CAA protest.
