Internet remembers 26/11 horrific Mumbai terror attacks

It has been eleven years since the horrific terror attack in Mumbai on November 26, 2008, and the internet is in a severely emotional state of mind. For the martyrs, tributes poured in from several quarters including celebrities and significant personalities on social media.
Around 166 people died as a result of the attack and over 300 were injured. Several officials including Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, Sub-Inspector Tukaram Omble, Mumbai Anti Terrorist Squad Chief Hemant Karkare, Havaldar Gajendra Singh and Inspector Vijay Salaskar, were killed.
Meanwhile, singer-politician Babul Supriyo and cricketer Shikhar Dhawan paid tribute to martyrs and the victims as did Emmanuel Lenain, Ambassador of France to India. Sand Artist Sudarsan Pattnaik also saluted the "martyrdom of the heroes of 26/11" with his artistic piece.
