After Anurag Kashyap Films and Phantom Films, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has formed his third production company Good Bad Films. The director announced on social media on Monday (June 1).

Sharing the new company's logo and the pictures of his new partners, Dhruv Jagasia and Akshay Thakker, Anurag Kashyap wrote, "So here it is .. our new company @goodbadfilmsofficial . Introducing the good, the bad and the films of the @goodbadfilms on the Monday of the release of our first production #chokedpaisaboltahai on @netflix_in . @jagasiadhruv in black and white and @akshaythakker . My two pillars of support. Only thing I can’t figure out is which one of my two producers is good and who is bad .. so leaving it to you all to decide .. let’s have fun #chokedpaisaboltahai releasing June 5th (sic)."

The first film under the new production house, Choked, starring Saiyami Kher and Roshan Mathew, is set to premiere on Netflix on June 5.

Anurag Kashyap founded his first production house, Anurag Kashyap Films, in 2009. He produced films like Udaan, That Girl in Yellow Boots, Shaitan, Gangs of Wasseypur 1 and 2, among others, under this banner. Later he partnered with Vikramditya Motwane, Madhu Mantena and Vikas Bahl to form Phantom Films in 2011. The production company was picked by Reliance Entertainment with 50 per cent stake in 2015. Lootera, Hasee Toh Phasee, Masaan and Queen were produced under this banner. In 2018, the company announced its dissolution.
