Abhishek Kapoor and wife Pragya to feed 3,400 families in memory of Sushant Singh Rajput
Sushant Singh Rajput’s sudden death left the entire nation in shock. The 34-year-old actor committed suicide at his Bandra residence on June 14, after a long battle with depression. According to the postmortem report by Cooper Hospital in Mumbai, the cause of death was asphyxiation due to hanging.
The actor’s death was condoled by the entire nation including film stars, sports personalities, and politicians.
Sushant =made a successful transition from television to films with Abhishek Kapoor’s Kai Po Che in 2013, his Bollywood debut. The actor also played the male lead in Abhishek’s Kedarnath, starring debutante Sara Ali Khan as the female lead.
In memory of the late actor, Abhishek Kapoor and his wife and film producer, Pragya Kapoor, will be feeding 3,400 impoverished families, affected by the novel coronavirus crisis, through Pragya’s organisation, Ek Saath.

After coming to know about Sushant Singh Rajput's death, Pragya had shared a throwback photo with him and captioned it as, "Shocked. Angry. Devastated. Heartbroken. You will always be special my boy. #sushantsinghrajput.”
